I need to containerize the accounts microservice
So that it can run consistently across different environments

Details and Assumptions

• Docker should include all necessary dependencies for the service.

Acceptance Criteria

Given the microservice is built  
When it is containerized with Docker  
Then it can be run in any Docker-compatible environment
