Android Release #138

There are currently no engine apps for Android that allow the use of WaveNet voices, is there any way that you could support a tts engine app that could be used to replace the default engine? (Using a WaveNet api key) I'd happily pay for an app that could do this.

Looks like it's possible to do. Though on mobile devices, the built-in TTS voices are generally quite good. I'm not sure, beside your particular use case, many people will have a need for it.
