[Feature request] Settings options inside the window #329

Thank you for making this plugin!

It would be great if the voice and speed options were part of the extension's reading window (perhaps at the bottom), rather than the browser's extension settings.

That's how Firefox's Reader view handles it:

I think it's a great idea. I think it will be a great improvement. Some of it is already implemented in setting of the app.

I have added a work around for the speed settings to be accessable in any mode with cog button on top. This is not a perfect solution and it makes UI a bit clutered. I will try to find a way to add the speed settings to bottom like here
