Ohm symbol not read #105

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Reading an Excel row containing the symbol "Ω"
2.Specifying encoding CP1251 (Greek characters)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Echo in the screen produces Ù
Expected Ω
