not working for 4.0.3 with MySQL 5.7 #1

Hi, This is a great plugin for Redmine , I am trying to install it on my instance, but it is't working, I noticed that the support DB is MariaDB, i am not sure the issue is the difference between MySQL and MariaDB, the redmine info is below.

almost same problem,my redmine is 3.4.10 and database is mysql 5.7, seems that the plugin's column's add/edit is working right but the view of issue detail page not working
