Support for both cats/scalaz #12

It would be good to support both Tweedledum & Tweedledee, but since Monocle is still wrestling with this dilemma, we should probably wait and see how they resolve it:

Monocle is going all in with Cats, which means we should too. However, it looks like I can remove all dependencies on FP libraries within Goggles, meaning that we can just carry the transitive dependency from Monocle.
