Reduce Boot Time Consumption #21

Program consumes approximately 40 seconds at boot time. (4-5 times longer than 
Steam) [Duration monitored by Soluto Boot Monitor]

What would you like to see happen?
This duration reduced to at most 10 seconds.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
   v0.5.4.0 on Win7 SP1 Pro 64-bit
