Does not autodetect ISP (iiNet NBN) #42

When hitting "autodetect", it returns with ISP as "Unknown" and no filter rules 
are loaded.

IP address starts with 203.206 and is part of iiNet's network per this whois 
result:

inetnum:        203.206.0.0 - 203.206.255.255
netname:        IINET-AU
descr:          iiNet Limited

Cannot fill in custom details, as iiNet uses a proxy (steam.cdn.on.net), not a 
filter or host, and there is no ability to add proxies under custom.
