move scorinator website off heroku #55

once the djangodash is over, lets move the website off heroku and on to the same digital ocean server the workers are on, and we can use the local postgresql database on that box. we won't have the restrictions that we have on heroku's free db.

We can take that time to use the new domain name as well.

yeah good idea, I'll go ahead and update the DNS on the domain to digitial ocean, so setup relevant DNS entries on DO.

@reinbach I added the DNS to digital ocean, nothing there at the moment "162.243.8.83"

@kencochrane I updated the domain name to use the DO name servers, so we have full control of the domain name in DO DNS

OK, now that the scoring is over for djangodash, we can actually make changes again. Lets plan out next steps. I think first step is to move to DO, and then merge changes from the working branch to master, and push to DO server.
