Hello, Ben - Eyeballing this, now. I appreciate your forwardng this to me. :)I'll read through it to identify any deviation from what I had anticipated the output should look like. I'm working in the blind, on the 4B stuff. As I scroll thorugh your output, I'm glad to see:1.) that I caught the USB-C power issue on your revision code c03111 board... 2.) that the EEPROM version data looks good...3.) the EEPROM update status shows no surprises... I've already addressed the issues with the PI MODEL 4B EEPROM CONFIG section - I realized after I'd posted 1.3.8 that I needed to validate that the other values I was looking for actually existed in the config before trying to output them. That'll be fixed in v1.3.9 of the script. I expected that "uname -a" would identify your 64-bit kernel in the OPERATING SYSTEM section, and I see the "aarch64" reference in that output. Good. Likewise, the config.txt dump shows your "arm_64bit=1" setting.
I'm glad to see the method I use to determine the MEMORY SPLIT is seeing your 4B's entire amount of memory. "vcgencmd get_mem arm" doesn't work as expected on systems with more than 1GB, so I had to do something different. Glad to see the active display driver was correctly identified. All the 4-B specific clock entries look as expected, as do the 4B voltages, and PMIC temperature. I'll want to look into the V4L2-CTL CODECS section, to see what it would take for a 4B to actually activate the H.265 codec. I was expecting to see it listed in that section. Looks like the script spotted a camera installed on your system. Is that accurate? (I don't have any cameras on my Pi's, so I was hoping that would work.) I was taken aback by no output in the I2C section, until I looked back at your config.txt and saw that you don't have I2C enabled. Glad to sse your "u-blox GNSS receiver" in the ACM COMMUNICATIONS DEVICES section. That was one of the items found by the lshw package you'd asked about. The script identified an outage of your bthelp service. That's good that it spotted that. Your London localization settings look good. I'm not sure what's going on with the HDMI section's "Invalid group 'CUSTOM'" error. Have you defined a custom group of parameters for your HDMI display?
Perhaps you'd be kind enough to run the following commands by hand, and forward me the output of each... tvservice -l tvservice -s -v 2
I'll have to do a better job accepting wiringpi as a package, on a 4B, by making sure if installed, it's version 2.52 Everything else looks just as expected. Again, thanks for sending your output along to me. I'll incorporate the few fixes identified here, and will forward an update to you, to test later, if you wouldn't mind.
Ken

--In order to support unique TFTP boot directories for each Pi the bootloader prefixes the filenames with a device specific directory. If neither start4.elf nor start.elf are found in the prefixed directory then the prefix is cleared. On earlier models the serial number is used as the prefix, however, on the Pi 4 the MAC address is no longer generated from the serial number making it difficult to automatically create tftpboot directories on the server by inspecting DHCPDISCOVER packets. To support this the TFTP_PREFIX may be customized to either the MAC address, a fixed value, or the serial number.
0 - Default, use the serial number. 1 - Use the string specified by TFTP_PREFIX_STR 2 - Use the MAC address
--The BOOT_ORDER setting allows flexible configuration for the priority of different boot modes. It is represented as 32bit unsigned integer where each nibble represents a bootmode. The bootmodes are attempted in lowest significant nibble to highest significant nibble order.
E.g. 0x21 means try SD first followed by network boot then stop. whereas 0x2 would mean try network boot and then stop without trying to boot from the SD card.
Retry counters are reset when switching to the next boot mode.
BOOT ORDER FIELDS: 0x0 - NONE (stop with error pattern) 0x1 - SD CARD 0x2 - NETWORK
Default: 0x00000001 (with 3 SD boot retries to match the current bootloader behavior.

Note 1: VP6, VP8, and MJPG are not handled by the hardware video decoder in the Broadcom BCM2835 processor, but by the VideoCore GPU. Enable these by running: sudo raspi-config -> Interfacing Options -> Camera -> Enable or by adding "start_x=1" to /boot/config.txt
Note 2: GPU hardware-accelerated codecs will be disabled if "gpu_mem=16". At least "gpu_mem=96" is required for the codecs to run correctly.
=============================================================================== V4L2-CTL CODECS

[0]: 'H264' (H.264, compressed)
[1]: 'MJPG' (Motion-JPEG, compressed)
[2]: 'VP80' (VP8, compressed)
Note: The H.265 codec, new w/ the Pi 4B, isn't part of the videocore. It's an entirely new block on the chip, so the VC6 knows nothing about it. Therefore, vcgencmd (which talks to the VC6) also knows nothing about it. The v4l2-ctl command used here, however, should show the H.265 codec as enabled, on the Pi 4B.

=============================================================================== PI MODEL 4B EEPROM CONFIG
BOOT_UART=0 --If 1, then UART debug info is available on GPIO14 and 15. Configure the receiving debug terminal at 115200bps, 8 bits, no parity bits, 1 stop bit.
Default is 0
WAKE_ON_GPIO=1 --If 1. then "sudo halt" will run low power mode until GPIO3 or GLOBAL_EN is shorted to ground.
Default is 0 in the original bootloader (2019-05-10) Default is 1 in newer bootloaders
POWER_OFF_ON_HALT=0 --If 1, and WAKE_ON_GPIO=0, then switch off all PMIC outputs on halt. This is the lowest possible power state for halt, but may cause problems with some HATs because 5V will still be on. GLOBAL_EN must be shorted to ground in order to boot.
Default is 0
--The timeout in milliseconds for the entire DHCP sequence before failing the current iteration.
Default is 45000 Minimum is 5000
--Timeout in milliseconds before retrying DHCP DISCOVER or DHCP REQ.
Default is 4000 Minimum is 500
--Timeout in milliseconds for an individual file download via TFTP.
Default is 15000 Minimum is 5000
--Optional dotted decimal ip address for the TFTP server which overrides the server-ip from the DHCP request. This may be useful on home networks because tftpd-hpa can be used instead of dnsmasq where broadband router is the DHCP server.
Default ""
--Specify the maximum number of times that the bootloader will retry booting from the SD card.
Default is 0 1 means infinite retries
--Specify the maximum number of times that the bootloader will retry network boot.
Default is 0 1 means infinite retries
FREEZE_VERSION=0
--If 1 then the rpi-eeprom-update will skip automatic updates
on this board. The parameter is not processed by the EEPROM
bootloader or recovery.bin since there is no way in software
of fully write protecting the EEPROM. Custom EEPROM update
scripts must also check for this flag.
Default is 0

Note 1: VP6, VP8, and MJPG are not handled by the hardware video decoder in the Broadcom BCM2835 processor, but by the VideoCore GPU. Enable these by running: sudo raspi-config -> Interfacing Options -> Camera -> Enable or by adding "start_x=1" to /boot/config.txt
Note 2: GPU hardware-accelerated codecs will be disabled if "gpu_mem=16". At least "gpu_mem=96" is required for the codecs to run correctly.
=============================================================================== V4L2-CTL CODECS
ioctl: VIDIOC_ENUM_FMT Type: Video Output Multiplanar
[0]: 'H264' (H.264, compressed)
[1]: 'MJPG' (Motion-JPEG, compressed)
[2]: 'VP80' (VP8, compressed)
Note: The H.265 codec, new w/ the Pi 4B, isn't part of the videocore. It's an entirely new block on the chip, so the VC6 knows nothing about it. Therefore, vcgencmd (which talks to the VC6) also knows nothing about it. The v4l2-ctl command used here, however, should show the H.265 codec as enabled, on the Pi 4B.

Thanks. A few small fixes have been added, and I've cleaned up the Pi 4 EEPROM stuff. Feel free to try again. v1.4.1 has just been posted.
I chopped the bottom part out as it's long and you don't need that part Pi4 - 4 GB (original) 64bit kernel enabled All Raspbian updates Camera v1 and USB GNSS. Accessed over WiFi
