Add Server's IP to the link quality file #3

So far list contains only other nodes' IPs. There is no server's peer IP. We should add it into the list with some quality (use link quality to the gateway) so that it could be used in the clients 'connection_list'

If Manos succeeds in configuring a tunnel, server's MAC address will be shown when running "batctl o" command. Thus it will be added to link quality file. Of course server/seeder's IP should be also added to the "ips" file we receive from server with .torrent file.
