Scheduler majorTimeHeaderTemplate angular js #384

I've seen where in issue 182 where a fix has been made for compiling kendo ui templates for angular for the kendo.ui.editor.Toolbar.

Has anyone addressed this issue for the Scheduler, inparticular the majorTimeHeaderTemplate attribute?
