Drupal core update to 7.35 #37

Security update for Drupal core to version 7.35 and the March sweep of module security updates. The updated to Drupal 7.35 is required by issue #23.

There is also a security update for Chaos tool suite from 7.x-1.6 to 7.x-1.7.

Tested on the dev site and working correctly. No unexpected errors and notices in issue #36 are not displayed.

Uploaded the changes to the live website tested the operation of the site. No errors were found during the basic testing. This issue can be closed if the testing of issue #23 is OK.
