Tidy up users/orgs listing pages... #43

In order to get a menu item "Users" for free we said reconfigure pages to be:

https://www.kendra.io/users
https://www.kendra.io/users/orgs <<< to be changed
https://www.kendra.io/users/countries

Organisations would still have pages like:

https://www.kendra.io/orgs/apple

And users would still have pages like:

https://www.kendra.io/users/dahacouk

Can we have...

[x] The tab order to be:
By name (was "Users")
By organisation
By country
[x] The page titles to be:
By name (was "Members: Users")
By organisation
By country (was "Members: Users - Countries")
[ ] Breadcrumb listed for "By name". But I have a bad feeling about this one! :confused:

Also, can we get https://www.kendra.io/orgs to redirect to https://www.kendra.io/users/orgs ?

I have updated the site to account for all of these. The only remaining issue is that the breadcrumb doesn't display on the default By Users page

I also wonder if the page titles shouldn't be: Users: By name Users: By organisation Users: By Country ?

Yes, to your suggestions on titles with lowercase "C".

Have you seen https://www.drupal.org/project/path_breadcrumbs ?

Do you think it is worth reviewing navigation generally? For instance adding a path to projects: so https://www.kendra.io/kendra-hub becomes https://www.kendra.io/projects/kendra-hub and then the breadcrumb: Home / Projects / Kendra Hub and the menu would have Projects in it (then we would need / could have a Projects page too)

Ah! By having the "Home" breadcrumb to always show up? How technically so we can tell @BBGuy as he was having same issue on Kendra Hub.

[ ] Can we change "Users: By name" to "Users / By name" in the breadcrumb so it kind of matches?

Let me think on the "Home / Projects / Kendra Hub" idea. I'm trying to keep URLs short as possible.
