List people even if they don't have an organisation #48

There is a rule that we only list people who have an organisation in https://www.kendra.io/users but I'd like this to be taken off so as only to respect the Appear in listings and project pages setting in Edit Profile.

This has been updated. It required some rewriting of the query output to stop

empty user job titles
job title doubling up when roles defined

It is live now - check and close if happy

Note for the future: ideally I'd like the listings to look like: http://www.v2rf.org/endorsements And then we could use the same format for each of the user listing pages...

Wow! You did it. Now can you make https://www.kendra.io/users look like https://www.kendra.io/users/countries ? users__by_country___kendra_initiative

[ ] But do not list people if they do not have the approved setting! See: https://www.kendra.io/admin/people?name=&mail=&status=All&rid_op=or&rid=All&order=access&sort=asc
[ ] Also un-approved people should not get the newsletter.
