Bulk operation to unsubscribe unapproved users #80

We need a way of bulk unsubscribing users from the newsletter as when a new user is created they automitcally get subscribed and there are lots of spam users.

I have changed the Admin new users so that there are bulk operations to unsubscribe to the Newsletter and to subscribe to the newsletter. This change will work on both the Unapproved and Unvalidated tabs.
