[x] auto submit the form
[x] Add slider.
[x] Add numerical ranges to slider position markers.

Hi @darrenmothersele I made the change to include the slider and it needs styling. The HTML is not great but hopefully you can work with it.

I think you mainly just need to set the width of .views-exposed-widget to 100% so that the slider is usable?

I have set the slider to 100% and floated the appropriate label right - this needs a review Also look out for any other consequences on other screens - we may need to target more/less specifically
