Global actions - Create New Asset and Legal entity #5

Those are site wide functions not specific to an asset. We should maybe include those only on view pages for those entities. This is a low priority task - as those functions are handled by the Drupal backend.

[ ] create Legal entity searchable view
[x] create Asset searchable view
[ ] create "Add Legal entity" function
[ ] create "Add Asset" function
