Close user registration on Hub #67

Please can we also change the wording for the home page of Kendra Hub to point people to https://www.kendra.io ?

If you want a quick fix I can just close registration on hub. Otherwise I can look at it properly next week.

Changed the option from " Visitors, but administrator approval is required " to "Administrators only " will look at wording when back next week.

updated the page /admin/structure/pages/nojs/operation/page-home_page/handlers/page_home_page_panel_context/content it now says: If you want to get involved register on kendra.io

@dahacouk it is easy to change the text so let me know if you want any changes.
