Split adjustment

On the Asset page - We need to be able to adjust the split - We will use the same prototyping technics used on V1 and later on we will create a more structured approach. Adjusting a split will be done by incrementing or decrementing using a rule component link that will adjust the weight. The view will need to calculate the points and the percentage
