Update all functions to kendraio- and do not reduce kendraio in any way. Please complete the first task in the list first.

• [x] Duplicates made of functions to add kendraio- so that both forms are compatible in app code and Flows. Check the box when all done.
• [x] Update the rest of the code to use kendraio- for function names if needed. Check the box when all done.
• [ ] Update the Flows to use kendraio- for function names. Check the box when all done.

Once these 3 boxes have been checked then this issue can be closed.

I've updated the code in the Formly config and Kendraio Form Service to accept both prefixes.
