rmarkdown::render wont work from `run_models` #3

The error is always the same ! Missing endcsname inserted. if any figures after the snotel block are in the .Rmd. From the .Rmd it can be knit manually, so im not sure what the error is. Perhaps something to do with how the directories are called from the params list, but they have worked in the past...

it was a direct versus relative path issue
