What should the 'Users' tab display? #48

Currently, the user tab displays all OSCA Hub members and allows you to visit their profile pages. Should we change this? Should you only be able to see the members of your co-op? Or, should you be able to see all members, with a blank feed if the user you're looking at is not in your co-op?

I think it works as is. You can see all users and their co-ops but nothing else. We may want to add more features in the future (bios? photos? idk) but it's good as is for now.
