Make more fields editable #1

Make "Each Pays" an editable field. Changing that will update "Lunch Fund" amt. Let's experiment with using $1 as increment and see how ppl like it.

I also moved the lunch fund adjustment to the tips field. So the end result is:

On the 'tips' field, you can +/- $0.25
On the 'Each Pays' field, you can +/- $1.00 No UI change implemented, so you probably will still hate the +/- button.

Let's give it a try to see. Incrementing by $1 instead of $0.25 means less click on the +/-, that should be less painful than before. Now we just need to go out to lunch to try the app out.
