[other]: regarding output folder design #26

It is reasonable to have common folder in source tree, but having common sub folder in output tree seems confusing as the current build artifacts are either big-core or small-core, there is no shared common for both cores.

Maybe we should revise the output folder design so that building of common sources produces to big-core/opensbi, big-core/cdk. little-core/opensbi, little-core/cdk respectively?
