PR描述:

add k230_canmv_only_rtt_defconfig so that to run RTT only like k230_evb.

Following k230_evb_only_rtt_defconfig and adapt to k230 CanMV device.

after test and confirmed with this configs, we will accept and merge this PR. in addition, it will be available in next release v1.2, but we will rebase these PR/git commit history with release job
