What happened

开启双摄demo时，cam1画面由亮转暗再回调正常，比对cam0收敛过慢

Reproduction steps

1、reboot重启单板

2、kill 初始单摄进程

3、cd /app/mediactl_lib 目录下

4、执行 ./v4l2_drm.out -f video_drm_1920x1080.conf -e 3 观察cam1启动画面效果
