Reproduction steps

  1. cd /app/encode_app
  2. ./encode_app -split 1 -ch 0 -i v4l2 -dev /dev/video3 -o rtsp -w 640 -h 480 -fps 75 -r 75 -conf video_sample_vga480p75.conf
  3. 使用VLC、ffplay观察右边边缘
