Add Clusters #62

Just a couple of edits to allow the Translation Manager to be added to a cluster in Filament

Hey - no problem. When I update from composer, it's defaulting to 

Using version ^4.0 for kenepa/translation-manager

When I specify 4.0.11 it says:

 Could not find a matching version of package kenepa/translation-manager@4.0.11. Check the package spelling, your version constraint and that the package is available in a stability which matches your minimum-stability (stable).

Is there something I'm missing here?

That's odd, I just pushed a new version are you able to pull in that version?
