As Ken, I want a subnet manifest specification so that I know how to create a subnet.

• Where to fetch this subnet (see #8)?
• What components are used?
• For each component, to which other component is each of its ports attached?
• The visual coordinates of each component, so that the subnet can be represented in graphical form
• The min and max of all the components' coordinates in x and y dimensions, so that the graphical form can be aligned with screen
