Submitting zh_TW localization #10

I've finished a zh_TW localization to go with iChm 1.1.1.

And another glitch in the zh_CN localization, there should be a space between 
"关于(About)/关闭
(Quit)/帮助(Help)" and "iChm". 
e.g. The menu item should be "关于 iChm", rather than "关于iChm".
