Empty list items in Index view

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open .chm file that comes with Python 2.5.2 .msi package
2. Switch sidebar to index view

What is the expected output?
List populated with index entries.

What do you see instead?
A lot of empty list entries before legitimate list entries start appearing.
See attached screen grab to see how far from the top scrollbar is when
legitimate entries start.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
iChm 1.2
