some special chars aren't printed correctly #52

Platform:
Mac

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Viewing a document with a – in it
2. Viewing a document with a ® in it.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
extra long dash: –  are printed as: —
copyright symbols: ® are printed with a  prepended like this: ®

There's a difference between the longer dash and the regular dash found on
the keyboard: - –

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
OS X 10.5.5 
iChm Version 1.4 (07f4788)

It's a known issue. Some chm files set the locale id which is not compatible 
with the
actual test encoding.

This could be a duplication of http://code.google.com/p/ichm/issues/detail?id=43
