datejs should support all Time Zones #151

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set your Windows Timezone to Alaskan or Hawaiian.
2. Call new Date().getTimezone()

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect the AKST or AKDT. Instead it produces null.

Fixed in new i18n settings of my fork! Support for all timezones is now there
(and localizable!)
