Incorrect 4:3 ratio with 16:9 view #212

At least when displaying in 480p (unsure of when using SD-cables), 16:9 
creates a pillarbox with the emulated screen at a non 4:3 ratio. In 
essence it squishes the screen too much.

This problem seems to have solved itself after being closed and run again. This 
only 
happened when I started the app for the first time.
