failure of importing clr #1

I tried to import AddReference and failed. Meanwhile, where is the server input specified?

ImportError: cannot import name 'AddReference'

For import clr, it requires .net function. http://pythonnet.github.io/ I created readme file. Check the PI Square blog post too. If still there is an issue, please let me know.
