I ran the composer create-project kenjis/codeigniter-composer-installer sample and ./bin/server.sh, but an error occurred. It is the same as https://github.com/kenjis/codeigniter-composer-installer/issues/28 Does this fix is good ?

It fixes the error, but I'm not sure it is good or not.

I could not find why this error happens. But I don't know how to fix it other than this PR.
