Wolfram language code format automatically. #60

I'm try to find the plugin which can format Wolfram language code automatically and not sure if this feature should be and have been supplied by this plugin.

There's no canonical style to do code formatting in Wolfram Language and it is hard to accommodate everyone's appetite. CodeFormatter` somehow provides a way to do the formatting, but not in my favor. Probably someday I will integrate it into the language server if it can provide a finer granularity of format settings like what I have discussed in #23 .
