Missing JCB ? #79

It seems that JCB cards are not supported ?

Only because I didn't realize people still used them! Never seen one in my life. I'll get it added for version 1.0.0. Out of curiosity, can you attach a photo of the front and back of yours (with the details blurred) so I can do a layout?
