What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Thunderbird 3.0 (リリース日 2009/12/08)でメール作文
2. 「送信」ボタン、あるいは、ctrl+Enter
3. confirm-addressでカウントダウン
4. 
confirm-addressでカウントダウン0になっても、何も起こらない�

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
 confirm-addressを無効にすると送信できる。
  Thunderbird 3.0 を起動後の初回のメール送信は成功する場合がある。

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
 Thunderbird 3.0 (リリース日 2009/12/08)
 confirm-address 1.2.3

続報です。
編集ツールバーの、「送信」のクリックでは送信する。
プルダウンメニューの「今すぐ送信」のクリックでは送信��
�る。
キーボードショートカットの、Ctrl+Returnでは、カウントダウ
ンはするが、送信しない。

これは仕様でしょうか。
