This PR updates the gemspec homepage attribute to use an HTTPS link.

(Now, let's see if CI still runs!)

Hm, no run. Travis CI seems to have stopped working. Another CI service, perhaps.

Perhaps a GitHub Actions configuration is easy to finalize, now that there are "actions" like: https://github.com/marketplace/actions/redis-server-in-github-actions
