Can no longer assign branch. Breaks health dec and employee checkin/checkout #117

Likely related to Issue #111 Probably location controller sa api?

In linked accounts page, can't assign branch locations anymore. This means that scanners no longer have assigned branches and cannot send health declaration forms anymore. edit Works on local, not on live

Resolved. Maybe was due to the fact that the site was slow
