Add Ensemble Autocorrelation and Refactor Code into Functions #15

Refactored the code into multiple functions for:
- Plotting raw noise
- Autocorrelation
- Power spectral density (PSD)
- Ensemble autocorrelation
Created functions to process all data files for the ensemble plot.
Incorporated matlab2tikz for convenient export of plots to LaTeX.
Identified an issue with the sixth plot in the statistics plots being malformed.
- The issue is resolved when generating plots for the gyroscope and accelerometer in separate runs.

I like it. Lets hold off on a merge until we know exactly what we're trying to do with the ensemble information. When it is merge time I will give it a more thorough review.
