Idea: Open ended boxes #103

When your printer is too small to print large boxes it could be useful to generate "open ended boxes"

For example, I need a 2x6 but this doesn't fit my printer. I could then print two 2x3 with open ends

thats an awesome idea. i have several open ended boxes. but my use case is for a dynamic storage (length, corners, ...)

Updated PR https://github.com/kennetek/gridfinity-rebuilt-openscad/pull/104 which now support toggling individual sides

Added checkboxes in settings:
