When importing the generated STLs into another tool (in my case, SketchUp), I notice that the main body of a generated bin does not line up with the base for that same bin, particularly around the corners (but also on the sides).
Using the bone-stock default script and settings as downloaded from the repo, here is a look at the corner it generates. The area shaded in red shows the overlap of the body where it doesn't line up with the base:
The lines you see going up around the base to each side are also very slightly mis-aligned.
