Update releases or add changelog? #64

Title^ Would be nice to know what changes are happening with this project!

Hey @1212gmartinez! Thank you for the suggestion. I just became a maintainer for this project. I went back and tagged all of the releases, and going forward, I'll create GitHub releases for each new version that describe what changed.

Please let me know if you have other feedback.
