I cannot add patients with duplicate names #1

I tried adding a patient with a generic name:

This error occurred due to the existence of another patient named "John Tan" already existing in the system.

I have ensured that all other key fields of the new John Tan were different from the existing John Tan (eg. phone number, email, address, IC)

However, it still cannot be added. This is quite problematic as there are bound to be people with duplicate names, especially more generic ones (eg. John Tan), and the system should allow them to exist.
