Fix Agenda Numbering #8

Current agenda is just a string, so each numbered item is only text - when you make changes to the agenda in Google Slides it doesn't renumber automatically. Is there a way to generate a numbered list instead using the Slides API?

Also need to fix agenda formatting when there are a lot of sections in the agenda as it goes off the slide
