chrome.socket.read sometimes doesn't provide an entire line #5

This sucks. Sometimes a read doesn't contain a whole line. We'll need to squirrel away the data that's not an entire line and join it with new, incoming data.

(When interpreting this spew, remember that we write the date that we rx a blob of data, then follow it with the blob of data.)
