Adresses #1
Renames standard streams to ones without the underscore.
Retains subprocess' way of doing returncode as opposed to exit_code
t.py doesn't make sense, calling it usage.py

I think t.py just refers to it being a test file, so to get started, think it's fine for now. So -1 on the file rename, but good with the other changes.

I feel that this makes it more clear? At a later point in time, this can be moved to say the examples folder. Just keeping it at t.py seemed too bland for me.
